Farooq is the driving force behind the company. Farooq wrote his master's thesis at one of Norway's leading law firms, WikborgRein & Co, and was later hired there to write a report on alternative financing solutions. Farooq has experience as a lawyer since 2011. He has extensive litigation experience, and has worked in a wide range of civil and criminal cases. Farooq's unique, interdisciplinary expertise is a very good starting point when assisting clients.

In 2021, Farooq received an honorary award at the Norwegian Bar Association's annual speech event because, among other things, he has "contributed to preserving, consolidating and developing a free and independent legal profession".
