Marthe joined Insa in early 2025, and since then we have not looked back. Previously, she has helped build a small law firm into a solid law practice with close to 50 employees, and now we benefit from her experience with us. She combines legal precision with strategic flair, and has both the experience and execution skills needed to make things happen.

With a background in, among others, Jussformildingen, Wayback and the Norwegian Correctional Service, Marthe has developed a strong commitment to society and a clear focus on legal protection. Parts of her work have been voluntary, for people without the resources to pay for legal assistance. Consequently, her heart is in the right place, and this is noticeable by both clients and colleagues.

Marthe has particular expertise in civil law, with a strong focus on the Disposal Act. At the same time, she is a central driving force in the internal development of the company. She is structured, solution-oriented and proactive, and has a unique ability to build good routines, effective systems and strong teams. As the company's unofficial data expert and administrative queen, she ensures that the ship stays on a steady course, and that both employees and clients are taken care of in the best possible way.
