Sofie comes to us straight from law school in Bergen, with her last semester on exchange in the Netherlands. Through several traineeships, she discovered that her heart really beats for personal law, and the choice to start her career at Insa was both conscious and purposeful. We and our clients are very grateful for that!

With experience from being a group leader for students at the University of Bergen, and from volunteering at a school in Ghana, Sofie has strengthened her desire to work with people and make a difference in society. She brings the same commitment to her work at Insa advokater. Sofie is thorough, structured and always goes in depth to find the best solutions for her clients. She thrives best when she gets to immerse herself in complex issues - it's not without reason that she is the academic among us.

In the office, Sofie is a positive force who keeps up with what everyone is up to in their daily lives, and makes sure that both small and big occasions are celebrated. Don’t be surprised if you find Sofie in the office at 7:00 in the morning, engrossed in a circular, with the Harry Potter soundtrack in your ear. Sofie faces new challenges with curiosity and drive, and she doesn’t give up until she finds the solution. Although she claims to be a tech savvy person, she has already decided to become the office’s next IT expert. That kind of dedication is not something you see every day.
