Say hello to Mads 🎉 Insa's jovial trønderalibi! A master negotiator, fearless in any situation, and a problem solver who takes challenges in his stride (qualities strengthened by having been attempted robbed six times).

Mads studied law at UiO and wrote his master's thesis in labor law: "The concept of employee in a platform economy - The boundary of an employment relationship between an employee and an independent contractor under the Working Environment Act."

He is passionate about traveling, meeting new people and experiencing different cultures. His goal is to visit 100 countries before he turns 40 (he's now at number 65 and has nine years to go!).

With eleven years of sales experience, and being the good judge of character that he is, Mads has a solid ability to negotiate. He can argue so that a no becomes a yes.
