- "Insa advokater aims to be a safe, pleasant and predictable place for both customers and employees," says founder Farooq Ansari.

Farooq Ansari has established Insa advokater together with lawyers Veronica Viktil and Muhammad Saqib Rizwani. The three have previously worked together at In Solidum Advokatfirma and Ally.

Insa advokater offers services within personal law. The company is starting up with six employees, but is already looking for more to meet the needs of the market.

People helping people

Farooq Ansari has devoted much of his professional career to helping people with difficult circumstances in their encounter with the law, and received an honorary award in 2021 for his commitment.

The desire to make law simpler, safer and more predictable for most people is a common driving force for all those involved in the establishment of Insa advokater.

- We work as lawyers, but above all we are genuine, nice people who are genuinely committed to helping people in challenging situations," says Ansari.

A breath of fresh air in the industry

With a fresh and popular profile, Insa advokater will stand out as a different and innovative law firm in a personal law market characterized by many small players who operate traditionally.

Contacting a lawyer is a high threshold for many people. It is expensive, and lawyers are often perceived as rigid and inaccessible. Many people therefore wait too long to ask for help, until there is a real crisis. Insa advokater wants to do something about this.

- With us, it should be easy to get in touch, and all customers should be met by friendly, down-to-earth people who will help them find the best solution," says Ansari.

Safe and predictable

Insa advokater is committed to making the customer journey simple, safe and predictable for those who need help, for example by giving the customer a maximum price for the assignment. Finances can often be an obstacle to asking for help, so it is reassuring for the customer to know what the maximum cost will be.

Customers should also experience security in the form of simple and easy-to-understand information. Law and bureaucracy are difficult for most people, but Insa's lawyers use a language that the customer understands.

Happy employees make for happy customers

People are at the heart of Insa advokater, which also aims to be "the world's best workplace" for its dedicated employees.

- "We value social interaction highly and are keen to strike a good balance between work and life. We want to create a safe environment and decent conditions for our employees, so that they can use their energy and commitment to help customers in the best possible way," says Farooq Ansari, who has room for more people in his new company.
