3. You accept or decline the offer.

Price guarantee - what does it mean?

We always give a maximum price for the assignment. The price guarantee means that the stated maximum price is the maximum price you will pay for the assignment. This means that you will never pay more than the maximum price you are given in the quote. If we take less time than estimated, you will of course only pay for the time we work.

Probability Percentage - What is it?

In the offer from us, we state a percentage probability that you will win the case:

In almost all cases there is a risk of loss, and we want you to have realistic expectations about your chances.

We calculate the probability of winning based on the information you give us when you request a quote, and based on our experience from similar cases. The probability percentage may change if we receive new information during the assignment.

What is the hourly rate?

NOK 2100 (including VAT for consumers), unless the assignment is covered by the free legal aid scheme or is covered by your insurance. We always check whether the state or your insurance company can cover your legal costs.
